Combined Safety Services

This Nationally Recognised unit of competency includes the issue of any and all permits. It applies to personnel who are required to issue appropriate permits to work, to persons conducting a variety of activities in workplace environments.
Course Objectives

This unit of competency addresses the need for personnel who issue work permits to identify the need for a work permit,understand the permit system, know the limitations of each permit and make decisions regarding the need for, and correct use of, each permit. 

Prerequisite

Any participants completing the Issue Work Permits training unit must have completed the Conduct Hazard Analysis (MSMWHS201) Unit of Competency. Proof of prior training must be provided, or alternatively this training can be delivered in conjunction with the prerequisite unit. 

Assessment

Participants will be assessed via a written assessment. Participants with literacy or numeracy difficulties should speak with our Trainer to discuss alternate assessment approaches. 

Qualification

Upon successful completion each participant will be issued with a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.  

Frequency of Training

Public sessions will be held monthly at 37 Crescent Road Waratah NSW 2298. Private sessions are available for groups of 4 or more.

Onsite Training

We can conduct onsite training courses at your facility under the following requirements:

Minimum of 4 Participants Maximum of 20 Participants
Suitable Room for theory component Parking Space for our Training Vehicle
