THIS UNIT IS DELIVERED AS PART OF THE CONTROL WORKPLACE EMERGENCIES COURSE
The Chief Warden course participants, will learn how to lead the preparation of facility emergency response procedures, command, control, and coordinate facility emergency responses, and conclude facility emergency incidents. They may also act as primary liaisons with emergency services after their arrival. It is the third session of our Control Workplace Emergencies course and has the "Operate as part of an emergency control organisation’"PUAFER005, as a prerequisite to this course
Course Objectives
This Unit of Competency places responsibility on individual employees who are delegated responsibility as a part of an emergency control organiOperate as part of an emergency control organisation’ PUAFER005, as a prerequisite to this coursesation, to lead in the preparation of workplace emergency procedures and to also command, control and coordinate workplace emergency procedures and response, and conclude the incident
Assessment
Participants will be assessed via a questionnaire and practical demonstration of skills. Participants with literacy/numeracy difficulties or physical conditions should speak with the Trainer to discuss alternative assessment approaches.
Qualification
On successful completion, each participant will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.
Pre-Requisite
Any participants completing this training unit must also have completed ‘Operate as part of an emergency control organisation’ PUAFER005, as a prerequisite to this course.
Frequency of Training
Public Sessions are held monthly at 37 Crescent Road Waratah NSW 2298. Private sessions can be held for groups of 4 or more.
