This unit covers competency in working with others and making a positive contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of a team in a work environment when predominantly under direct supervision. Limited responsibility towards others is required.This unit applies to all workers working in the Public Safety industry, but is particularly relevant to new workers in assisting integration with the organisational team culture of the agency.

Assessment
Participants will be assessed via written assessment. Participants with literacy/numeracy difficulties or physical conditions should speak with the Trainer to discuss alternative assessment approaches.
Qualification
On successful completion, each participant will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.
Frequency of Training
Private sessions are available for groups of 4 or more.
